  • 1 pack pre-made flatbread
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken preferably cooked ahead of time
  • 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce adjust to heat preference
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or blend
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for brushing the crust
  • to taste salt and pepper for seasoning the chicken

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Brush the flatbread lightly with olive oil to promote crispiness and place it on the sheet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spread the buffalo chicken evenly over the surface of the flatbread, making sure to cover most of the area but leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the topped chicken, ensuring a generous, even layer for melting.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and golden around the edges, and the crust is crispy.
  6. Once baked, remove the flatbread from the oven and let it sit for a minute to settle. Slice into pieces and serve hot for best flavor and texture.
