Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C), and lightly grease your baking dish to prevent sticking.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, paprika, black pepper, and a pinch of salt to create a savory sauce base. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the cooked chicken into the sauce mixture, ensuring every piece is coated with the flavorful blend.
  4. Layer the steamed broccoli florets evenly in the prepared baking dish, creating a bed for the chicken mixture.
  5. Spread the chicken mixture over the broccoli layer, distributing it evenly for consistent flavor in each bite.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly across the chicken and broccoli layers, making sure to cover the top well.
  7. Top the dish with shredded mozzarella cheese, creating a cheesy crust once baked.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown on top.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes to settle, then serve hot with a side salad or your favorite veggies.
